Manuel Scott”Scotty” Cooper passed into Heaven on Monday, May 14, 2018 at the Charles George VA Medial Center in Asheville, NC.

During the early years of their business, they volunteered their time and equipment to build Mark Watson Park for the kids of our County. One of Scotty’s greatest qualities was his willingness to help other people. He went about this without want or need for recognition. He truly was an angel on Earth. His family was everything to him and brought him the most happiness.
