Tony Parker

Brady Anthony (Tony) Parker, 57,  passed away on Thursday April 21st in Charlotte. Tony was born on July 9, 1964, in Jackson County, to the late Grady C. and Harriet Ellen Mashburn Parker. 

Tony loved spending time at the lake boating. He enjoyed skiing, Carolina football and joking around with his buddies. He loved to make people laugh. Tony had worked for the past twenty-five years as an IT Analyst for retail stores, most recently, working with the Family Dollar Corporation.

Tony is survived by two brother, Greg of Charlotte, and Doug (Jeanna) of Cullowhee. Also surviving are two nephews, Tyler and Garrett; and two aunts, Arbra Gibson of Cullowhee, and Lowaine Wilson of Lake Junaluska.

The family will receive friends at Appalachian Funeral Services on Friday, April 29th, from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will follow at Hooper-Speedwell Cemetery, with the Rev. Mike Farmer officiating.
