Tommy Eugene Williamson, 65, of the Fisher Creek Community in Sylva, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at Harris Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Jack and Evelyn Williamson of Sylva. He was a retired mason and stucco worker. He dearly loved his children; Chris and Kim; and grandchildren; Austin, Blake, and Emily. His passions were fishing, hunting, and gardening.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, two nephews, and two nieces. Tommy is survived by two children; Chris Williamson and Kimberly (Jason) Beasley both of Sylva, three grandchildren; Austin Rice, Blake Beasley, and Emily (Max) Keener, and two great-grandchildren; Harper and Kimberly. Six sisters; Shirley Campbell of Virginia, Barbara (Steve) Hardin, Nell (Andy) White, Judy (Steve) Cody, Frankie Hadas, all of Sylva, Patsi (Bob) Duvall of Georgia; two Brothers; Junior (Mary Sue) Williamson of Sylva and Johnny (Colleen) Williamson of Waynesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service for the family will be held at Sherrill Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Stillwell officiating.
