Tommy Douglas Norman

Tommy Douglas Norman journeyed to his final home on Friday, April 5, 2025. Tommy lived most of his life in Macon County after being born to parents Tommy and Doris Norman on October 21, 1957 in Sylva.

His mother, Doris of Sylva, and his daughters, Stasha and Heather Norman, and his four his four grandsons, Peyton, Asher, Brady, and Chance all of Macon County will forever miss his easy going way, kindness, and honesty.

Doug is preceded in death by his dad, Tommy Norman, sister, Vicki Shelton, and brother, Michael Norman.

Tommy (Doug) worked for NCDOT until he retired. He enjoyed his job and the people he worked among. He was also a hunter and loved walking and being in the woods.
