Steve "Patch" Ensley

Steven Anthony “Patch” Ensley, Sylva NC, passed away on January 18, 2025, doing one of the things he loved the most in life, helping others. An amazing husband, son, brother and friend, Patch had a passion for always lending a helping hand to those in need. Patch never met a stranger and helped countless motorcycle enthusiasts with their repairs at his local bike shop. His memory will live on through those he knew and his compassionate nature will be missed dearly.

Patch was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Eugene Ensley and brother Marty Wayne Ensley as well as both his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Patch is survived by his wife, Darlene Ensley and his mother Shirley Denton Ensley, along with several family members who were special to him.

A private burial for friends and family will take place on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 1pm at Robinson Cemetery in Dillsboro, NC.
