Ruth Ann Putman

 Ruth Ann Putman Coward, of Cullowhee, NC, went home to be with her lord and Savior on the morning of January 06, 2025, at Haywood Regional Hospital NC. Ruth was born on February 11, 1958, in Jackson County NC. Ruth showed to many that she was strong in her faith, she belonged to Sugar Creek Batist Church, Cullowhee, NC. Ruth was the daughter of the late Reverend RB Coward and Jacquelyn Coward of Cullowhee. Ruth is survived by her husband Dale Putman to whom she shared 48 years of her life. Ruth also is survived by her two sons Rodney Rock and Michael Putman of Cullowhee. NC. 

 Ruth never met a stranger; she would take time to talk to anyone, anywhere about her lord. When you met Ruth, you knew you had met a person that was strong in her faith, she belonged to Sugar Creek Baptist Church, Cullowhee, NC

 Ruth is survived by her husband Dale Putman to whom she shared 48 years of her life. With her husband being in the service Ruth traveled and lived in many states throughout our country and eventually they retired in Cullowhee, NC. Ruth raised two boys, Rodney Rock and Michael Putman of Cullowhee. NC.
