Ruth Lowe Beck

Ruth Lowe Beck, 86 of Sylva, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Ruth was born on August 8, 1935, in Swain County to the late Josh and Edna Lowe. Ruth enjoyed to sew and crochet during her spare time. She loved her grandkids. Ruth will be missed by many.

Ruth is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bobby Beck; daughter, Jeanne Harris (Mike); son, Mike Beck (Diane); grandchildren, Jason Beck (Lacey Stevens), Caleb Harris (Melissa), Jordan Beck (Brittany); great-grandchildren, Kara Beck, Kamden Beck, Paul Harris, Maddux Beck, Chloe Harris, and Embree Beck. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Frances Lowe.

In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her siblings, R.L. Lowe, Katie Cooper, Della Lowe, and Kenneth Lowe.
