Richard Winter

Richard Winter, age 54, of Franklin passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at home in Franklin. Mr. Winter was born May 29, 1959 in Pittsburg, PA. He is the son of the late Robert A. Winter Sr. He was worked as a Long Haul Trucker. He is survived by; his mother Doris M. (Fletcher) Winter of Franklin, NC; two brothers Jeffery F. Winter and Wife Cindy of Boca Raton, FL. and Robert A. Winter Jr. of Kentucky, three nephews and two nieces and three care givers; Debra Allen, Jerry Jenkins and Scott Lairsey. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday April 12, 2014 in the chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Rev. Ron Allen officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens. . .
