Richard Lewis Bradley, 55 of Sylva, passed away, after a period of declining health, on Monday November 4, 2024. He was born on September 3, 1969 to Melvin Lewis and Patricia Hall Bradley.

Richard enjoyed spending time with family and friends and going fishing and deer hunting He loved watching football and was the Pittsburgh Steelers biggest fan. 

He will be dearly missed by his loving mother and father; brother Kevin (Krystal) Bradley; uncle, Kenny,; aunt, Kathy; nieces, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Kenzie; several special cousins, and close friends, Connie, Ruby, Jake and Donna.

He was proceeded in death by his grandparents, Lewis and Hilda Bradley, Hardin and Ruth Hall; his uncle, Michael Hall; and cousins, Kerry and Joshua Hall.

The family will have a graveside service at 1pm on Friday, November 8th, 2024 at the Old Savannah Cemetery with the Rev Eddie Stillwell officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin, Bob, Larry, and Chris Bradley, Jake and Kevin Dills, and Bruce Brooks.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Richard’s name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the Old Savannah Cemetery.

Appalachian Funeral Services of Sylva is charge of the arrangements.
