Mr. Matthews was born May 21, 1943 in Danville, VA, the son of the late Malcolm and the late Hazel Lee (Parker) Matthews. He loved camping. He was a proud Vietnam veteran, a loving father, son, brother, and friend. No services are planned at this time. .
