Mary Josephine McGuire

Mary Josephine McGuire, 93 of Sylva, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Mountain Trace Nursing Home. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Lester Earl Baughman and Mary Josephine Minda Baughman. Mary loved her cats. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by two sisters, Bettie Rogers and Virginia Rogers, two half-brothers, Norman Baughman and Lester Baughman and one grandson, Jeffrey Bryon Ledbetter. Mary is survived by one daughter, Mary Darlene Stonesifer of Sylva, one sister, Donna Simon of Saline, Michigan, five grandchildren; James Michael Ledbetter of Montevallo, Alabama, Jeremy Scott Ledbetter, Teri Lynne Ledbetter, Kimberly Dawn Foxworth and Shaun Michael Stonesifer of Sylva, 13 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
