Larry Blair

Larry Blair, age 64, of Sylva died Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Mountain View Manor. Mr. Blair was born March 29, 1948 in Gainesville, FL. He is the son of Evelyn (Jenkins) Blair and the late Oscar Blair. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and retired from the Sarasota Police Department as a detective. He is survived by his wife Susan (Webb) Blair; his mother; two daughters Leslie LeBlanc of Sarasota, FL and Cyndi Blair of Incline Village, NV; and one sister Janice McLeod of Bradenton, FL. A memorial service will be held Monday January 14, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the Sylva First Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sylva First Presbyterian Church, 46 Presbyterian Drive, Sylva, NC 28779. . .
