Kimsey Jo Whatley

Kimsey Jo Whatley, infant daughter of Adam and Laura (Linnan) Whatley, became a new star in Heaven on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. Kimsey was born August 18, 2012 in Sylva, NC. She was predeceased by an infant sister, Joelle. In addition to her parents she is survived by one brother, Kasey Whatley; her grandmother, Cheryl Linnan of Sylva; her grandfather Patrick and wife Janis Linnan of Sandpoint, Idaho; two uncles, Daniel Linnan of Boise, Idaho and Thomas Anderson of Oregon; her Nana, Judi Whatley and Tony Guerrera; her grandfather, Jim Whatley; an uncle, Aaron Whatley; and an aunt, Sarah Rish and husband, Boomer. Kimsey Jo lived her life within her mommy and was surrounded by love during her short 18 day earthly life. Her parents are blessed to have been able to share her final moments holding, talking, and singing her into the Lord's arms. Her family is hopeful that Joelle met her on the other side as well! The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 13 from 6 until 8 pm at Appalachian Funeral Services and Crematorium, 165 Skyland Drive, Sylva, NC.
