Joy Ellen Cagle

Joy Gibby Cagle, 53, of Sylva, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015. She was born in Swindon, England. She graduated from Western Carolina University, and was employed by the schools registrar's office. She loved traveling, reading, crocheting, playing with her cats, and all animals. She wanted to help other people. She was very generous and friendly. She was preceded in death by her father, William C.M. Gibby. She is survived by her mother, Marguerite "Peggy" Gibby of Sylva; 3 sons: Nick, Justin (Megan), & Zach Cagle all of Sylva; One granddaughter, Genevieve; and a brother, James M. (Tiffany) Gibby of Savannah, GA. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catman2 P.O.
