Jon David Wallis, 23, of Maggie Valley passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at Med West Harris Hospital in Sylva, NC. Jon was born July 17, 1990 in Tampa, FLA. Jon David loved his nieces and nephews and children and loved working outside and always smiled. He was employed as a Landscaper. He is survived by his mother Donna Bogdanowicz of Maggie Valley; Brothers Dan Crouse of Candler, Jayme Crouse of Tampa FL, and Timmy Wallis of Maggie Valley; sisters Pattie Jo Crouse of Maggie Valley and Steffee Wallis of Cullowhee and Cathy Wallis of Sylva. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday May 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services with the Rev. Rich Peoples officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior the service at the funeral home. . .
