Ina Ruth Hendrix

Ina Ruth Hendrix, age 89, of, Sylva died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Mountain Trace Nursing Center in Sylva, NC. Mrs. Hendrix was born October 22, 1922 in Ocala, Florida. She is the daughter of the late Clarence William and the late Mable (Overbe) Miller. She was a homemaker. Ina loved to braid rugs, and home canning, and watching Dr. Charles Stanley programs. She is survived by two sons, Danny Clements of Webster and Wilson Matthew Clements, Jr. of Fla; and two daughters Barbara Jones of Sylva and Mable Ruth Sawyer of Fla; 15 grandchildren also survive. A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday March 17, 2012 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services. The Rev. Josh Hyde will officiate and family will receive friends following the service. . .
