Sylva.....Dateline Dulce Maria Rodriguez, 99, passed away Saturday morning, August 27, 2011 at Skyland Care Center. A native of Cuba, she had resided in Sylva the past 10 years. She was the daughter of the late Calixto and Maria Hidalgo. She is survived by her son Ralph Rodriguez of Sylva No services are planned at this time, Appalachian Funeral Services is assisting the family with arranagements.
