Doris Barron

Doris Green Barron, 80, passed away Saturday evening January 7, 2012 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Leamon and Gracie Hall Green. She was a member of Wesleyanna Methodist Church in Sylva. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clarence and a brother Ray Green. She is survived by a son- Tim Barron and his wife Jolene of Moore, SC And a daughter, Susan Ridings and her husband Gary of Moore, SC 2 Grandchildren- Tanner and Colton Barron 4 Sisters- Margie Sutton of Sylva Bennie Green of Sylva Jane Hughes and her husband Al of Asheville Juanita Ward and her husband Larry of Asheville 1 Brother- Morrison Green and his wife Aileen of Sylva Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in the Chapel of Appalachian Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 12 noon till 1:00 PM prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Wesleyanna Methodist Church Cemetery.
