Daniel Owen Trantham, age 60 of Sylva NC, passed away on Thursday March 31, 2022. He was born on September 3, 1961, in Graham County.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Rachel (McMahan)Trantham; mother, Audrey Trantham; daughter, Amber Trantham (Rhyan Johnson); brothers, James Griffin (Laura), Ricky Griffin (Barbara); and grandson, Rhyder Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Owen Trantham; sister, Jeanie Brown; and brother, Ronnie Brown.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Appalachian Funeral Services, Sylva NC.
