Christopher Brett Anders

Christopher Brett Anders, age 43, of Cullowhee, North Carolina, passed away on April 15, 2024, while doing what he loved most - riding his bicycle. Born on June 29th, 1980, Christopher leaves behind his beloved wife Donna Marie Anders, children Madison, Riley, Kurt and Danielle, brothers Neal and John, father Larry, cousins, aunts, uncles, and a host of friends.

Christopher worked in security at Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, North Carolina, where his sense of humor and kind spirit will be deeply missed by his colleagues. Prior to his career in security, Christopher served in the US Army as a Black Hawk helicopter mechanic, stationed in Iraq and earning an honorable discharge.

In his free time, Christopher enjoyed cheering on the GA Bulldogs, collecting old coins, hiking, photography, and of course, riding his bicycle. His warm smile and gentle nature made him a cherished friend to many.

Christopher will be reunited in heaven with his mother, Laurette Anders, who preceded him in death. He is remembered with love and admiration by all who knew him.
