Sylva......Dateline Cheryl Ann Donnelly, 62, passed away Thursday morning, September 1, 2011 at her home in Sylva. A native of Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada , she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Elizabeth Wright Barge. She was employed by the Asheville Citizens Times for over 10 years in the Information Technology Department. She is survived by her husband of 20 years James Donnelly 2 Daughters- Heather Quinn of Sylva Kathleen Spray of Connecticut 3 Stepchildren- Barbara Ann Williams of Macon, GA Karen McClean of Orlando, Fla James Donnelly Jr of Coral Spring, Fla 4 grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild and a Sister- Heather Holland of Vermont also survive. Per her request, no services will be held at this time. In Lieu of flowers Memorials can be made in Cheryls name to the American Cancer Society, 120 Executive Park #1, Asheville, NC 28801 Appalachian Funeral Services is assisting the family with arrangements. . .
