Charles Michael Foti

Charles "Charlie" Michael Foti 75, passed away early Saturday morning, January 11, 2025, at Harris Regional Hospital. He was born on February 19, 1949, to Lucille Davis Foti and John Foti. He made his home with his late Aunt and Uncle, Peggy and Schyler Davis in Mountain Home, NC. Charles was a graduate of West Henderson High School. He graduated Southwestern Community College with a degree in Culinary Science. Charles retired from the Air National Guard with twenty years of service and from Aramark at Western Carolina University. 

Charles is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Betty Painter Foti; his daughter, Sara Beth Foti; and his brother, Tony Foti of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by Mark Davis (Diane) of Virginia and Beth Biles (David) of Garner, NC. 

 A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Appalachian Funeral Services. Rev. JD Grant will be officiating. The family will receive friends 12:30-2:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lovedale Baptist Church Cemetery.
