Carroll Ray York

Carrol Ray York Sr age 75 of Sylva, NC who was born in Haywood County May 28, 1940 passed away January 16, 2016. He was the son of the late Ralph E. York and Carrie Lucille Green York Allen. He was preceded in death by one daughter Denise Dawn York. He is survived by one daughter Michele York Mened; two sons Ray York Jr and Troy Ray York; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Also he is survived by three sisters, Emma Sue Hamby, Joyce Gail Kneedling and Dana Lupo; two brothers Walter Lee York and David Daniel York. Appalachian Funeral Services are in charge of arrangements.
