Carroll Wilburn Fisher

Carroll W. Fisher, 71, of Sylva went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 He was the son of the late Roy and Leona Fisher.

He was a member of Scotts Creek Baptist Church and was retired from the Dayco Corporation. Carroll dearly loved his family and was a friend to everyone. He loved camping, fishing and hanging out with his friends. He dearly loved giving to others.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two wives; Phyllis and Becky and one brother; Roy Michael Fisher. 

Carroll is survived by one stepson; Charles Holt, one sister; Jean Erickson and two brothers; Jimmy (Iva) and Charles (Nell) Fisher. 

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 5:00 pm at the Dills Cemetery on Unity Road. Rev. Eddie Stillwell and Rev. Mike Farmer will officiate. The family will speak with friends following the service. 

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to: Scotts Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, PO Boix 55, Sylva, NC 28779.
