Bradford Clark Collins

d. August 2, 2014

Bradford Clark Collins passed peacefully in the arms of his beloved wife, Star Wolf, at 6:20 pm on August 2, 2014 after a 16 month journey with throat and neck cancer. Brad was a bright light in many lives and created a huge spiritual legacy. Thousands of people were touched by his loving heart and kindness. With his easy smile and gentle ways, Brad was welcoming and loving to everyone. He was a true example of the "new masculine" - gentle, loving, protective, strong, wise, and safe. Brad's accomplishments in the world were many. With a degree in Environmental Science and Education, his intention has always been to create support systems that help us live in right relationship with the natural forces of our planet. Brad was Co-Director, along with Satr Wolf, of the Venus Rising Association for Transformation. He was the director of the Venus Rising Transformation House Process, Vice-President of Venus Rising University and the creator of the Shamanic Priest Process. He was the visionary and founder of the Isis Cove Community and the original steward, along with Star Wolf, of the Isis Cove Retreat Center. Brad was the loving father to four wonderful children and their partners - Jamie and Elizabeth, Laurel and Jordan, Rosie and Mike, and Tina and Quetzal - and father by marriage to Casey and his partner, Jenny. He was "Pappy" to five grand-children - Anthony, Mikey, Katie, Aidan and Cian - with another grand-child to be born to Laurel and Jordan in early September. He was the beloved son of Tom and Suzy Collins (Tom transitioned in May, 2013) and brother to Jenny Bird and her partner, Garryt, Tracy and her partner, Anthony, and Geoff and his partner, Moana. He considered Laura Wolf and her son Ryland to be his daughter and grandson and felt a special grandfather connection with the Weiler children, Thomas, Madeline and Bliss. Brad maintained a loving relationship with his former wife, Annie, and his former daughter by marriage, Shelley. Countless children and adults were blessed to consider Brad as a spiritual parent or grandparent and to receive his loving attention and concern. He was also the mentor and teacher to thousands of people whose hearts and minds he touched through his work at Venus Rising and through his compassionate and loving heart. Brad loved nature and animals, particularly birds. He was our Green Man at Isis Cove; he lovingly tended the land, the Sacred Sites, and assisted many who were called to live here in manifesting their dream into reality. He filled Isis Cove and the home he and Star Wolf shared, "Loveland", with flowering plants as a gift to her and all who live and visit here. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bradford Clark Collins Memorial Fund will be appreciated. Funds will be used to support the work that Brad loved best, the transformational programs of the Venus Rising Association for Transformation.
