Timothy Ray Shuler

Timothy Ray Shuler, 48, of Sylva, passed away August 13, 2020. A native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, he was the son of the late Frances Shuler Frizzell. Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his grandbabies and his family. He was employed with Con-Met for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, and maternal grandparents, Jim and Stella Shuler. He is survived by his father, John Frizzell, his lifelong partner of 25 years, Regina Hadley Lara, 3 daughters, Rosa (Zachary) Moody, Kim Shuler (Ray Conner), and Brooke Shuler, four grandchildren- Madalynn, Adrian, Allison, and Lexi, and one brother- David Frizzell. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 6:00 pm at Appalachian Funeral Services in Sylva, NC with Rev. Eddie Stillwell officiating.
