Biography
Alberta Ann Bambrick Purvis, 67, passed away Monday, January 9, 2012 at Swain County Hospital in Bryson City. The daughter of the late Jack and Ann (Kelly) Bambrick, she was a native of Pennsylvania, and lived most of her life in West Palm Beach Florida. She had been a resident of Swain County the last few years. She was a nurse in the health care industry.
She is survived by 3 daughters
Mary Elmore and her fiancé Jon Maney of Bryson City
Elizabeth Campbell of Bryson City
Susan Bundy and her husband Jack of Deltona, Fla.

Jim Bambrick of Florida
Gerry Bambrick of Illinois
9 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive
She was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed
A Memorial Mass will be held at St Josephs Catholic Church in Bryson City at a later date and will be announced by Appalachian Funeral Services
