Biography

Jack David Sells, age 87, of Dillsboro, died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Mission Hospital in Asheville. Mr. Sells was born June 16, 1922 in Newport, KY. He is the son of the late Carmon and the late Alma (Kerber) Sells. He served in the Army during the Korean war and retired in 1961. He is survived by two sons: Colin Sells of Anchorage, Alaska, and Clinton Sells of Sarasota, FL. A service and interment will be held at the State Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
